Welcome to Holiday Shores RV Resort! Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, and family-friendly environment where everyone can relax and enjoy their stay. Please review the following reservation policies and resort guidelines before your visit.

Payment Policy

Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Reservations that are not paid in full will remain in Quote status and are not guaranteed.

Until payment is received, the campsite remains available for reservation by other guests.

Site Assignments

While we make every effort to accommodate site requests, Holiday Shores RV Resort does not guarantee or lock specific campsites. Your final campsite assignment will be provided at check-in based on availability and operational needs.

Occupancy & Camping Units

  • Maximum occupancy is 8 people per campsite, including visitors.
  • Each campsite is limited to one RV.
  • Tents are not permitted.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Reservations cancelled 14 days or more before arrival will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for early departures.
  • No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, natural events, road closures, power outages, or circumstances beyond the resort's control.
  • No refunds will be issued when a guest is removed for violating resort rules or policies.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused nights or unused portions of a reservation.

General Resort Guidelines

Quiet Hours & Speed Limit

  • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Please respect neighboring guests and keep voices, music, televisions, and other noise to a minimum.
  • The speed limit throughout the resort is 10 MPH.

Visitors

  • Registered guests may have visitors while the registered guest is present at the campsite.
  • Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors.
  • Visitors are not permitted to bring pets into the resort.
  • Visitors must comply with all resort policies and staff instructions.

Children & Supervision

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for the whereabouts, actions, and safety of their children at all times.
  • Children must be at their campsite by dusk.
  • Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult after dark.
  • No child under the age of 16 may be left unsupervised at the resort.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are welcome, subject to resort rules.
  • Pets must remain on a leash no longer than six feet whenever they are outside.
  • Pets may not be left outside unattended.
  • Guests must clean up after their pets immediately.
  • Pets are not permitted in resort buildings, bathhouses, the pool area, beach area, swimming areas, or on the golf course.
  • Aggressive pets or pets displaying aggressive behavior are not permitted.

Campfires & Firewood

  • Campfires are permitted only in approved fire rings.
  • Campfires may never be left unattended.
  • Fires must be completely extinguished and cooled with water before leaving the campsite or retiring for the evening.
  • Do not use gasoline or other flammable liquids to start fires.
  • Outside firewood may not be brought into the resort. Firewood must be purchased from the resort or an approved vendor.

Pool, Beach, Lake & Recreation

Pool, Beach & Lake Safety

  • Swimming and water activities are at your own risk. No lifeguards are on duty.
  • Pool hours are from 10:00 AM until sunset.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult.
  • Anyone who cannot swim must wear an appropriate life jacket and be accompanied by a capable swimmer.
  • Glass containers are prohibited in the pool, beach, and shoreline areas.
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the pool and beach areas.
  • Pets are not permitted in the pool area or on the beach.
  • Swimming in the lake is allowed only within designated buoyed swimming areas.

Fishing, Boats & Watercraft

  • Fishing is catch-and-release only.
  • Barbless hooks are required.
  • Fishing is not permitted within designated swimming areas.
  • Only electric motors are permitted on the lake.
  • Gas-powered motors are prohibited.
  • A properly sized U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device must be available for every person aboard a watercraft.
  • Anyone age 16 or younger must wear a personal flotation device while aboard any watercraft.
  • Boat storage is available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Golf Carts, Vehicles & Transportation

Golf Carts & Vehicles

  • Golf carts must display a valid Holiday Shores resort permit.
  • Only valid, licensed drivers may operate a golf cart.
  • Learner's permits are not accepted.
  • Golf carts must remain on designated roadways.
  • The maximum speed is 10 MPH.
  • The number of passengers may not exceed the manufacturer's designated seating capacity.
  • All passengers must remain seated while the cart is moving.
  • Functioning headlights are required when operating a golf cart after dusk.
  • Golf carts may not be operated during quiet hours.
  • ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides are prohibited.
  • Bicycles may not be ridden after dark.

Guest Courtesy & Conduct

Resort Courtesy & Property

  • Respect neighboring campsites and the privacy and property of other guests.
  • Do not walk, drive, or cut through occupied campsites.
  • Do not damage trees, landscaping, wildlife, amenities, or resort property.
  • Fireworks, firearms, explosives, illegal drugs, and weapons are prohibited.
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside resort-owned buildings, bathhouses, and designated amenity areas.

Zero-Tolerance Conduct Policy

Holiday Shores RV Resort is a family-oriented destination. Courteous and respectful behavior is expected from every guest and visitor.

Any guest or visitor whose conduct results in law enforcement being called to the resort, or who engages in abusive, threatening, intimidating, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward resort staff, guests, or visitors, will be immediately evicted from the resort without refund.

Resort management reserves the right to remove any person whose behavior disrupts the safety, comfort, enjoyment, or normal operation of the resort.

Utilities, Sewer & Waste Disposal

Utilities & Waste Disposal

  • Report water, sewer, or electrical problems to the resort office.
  • Guests and outside parties may not alter, inspect, or attempt to repair resort utilities.
  • Guests must connect only to the electrical pedestal assigned to their campsite.
  • Only ordinary household garbage may be placed in resort dumpsters.
  • Furniture, mattresses, grills, appliances, and other large items may not be placed in resort dumpsters.
  • Do not flush wipes, diapers, feminine hygiene products, grease, oil, chemicals, coffee grounds, or other non-biodegradable materials into the sewer system.

Activities & Resort Amenities

Participation in Activities & Amenities

Participation in resort activities and use of the resort's recreational amenities are voluntary and at the guest's own risk.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children during all activities and while children are using resort amenities.
