Fourth of July Celebration 2004!

What a beautiful day for our annual celebration!!  We kicked off the day with the customary parade around the park.  This year's parade featured sixty-five golf carts and dozens of bicycles decorated in red, white, and blue; banners streaming, flags flying, patriotic music playing.  Of course, we can't forget to mention all the people and their pets that were all decked out, as well!  After the parade, awards were presented to Best Decorated carts and bikes, and then ice cream was served to everyone by the park management.  There were also games played throughout the day, and many homes in the park were beautifully decorated for the community to enjoy.  This wonderful tradition is looked forward to from the time residents arrive in May.
